I had a small issue with my order and felt a little misled at first because things didn’t go the way I expected. Customer service did reply quickly though and got it sorted out. It ended up taking an extra day, which was annoying, but in the end everything was fine.

I was kind of in a rush to get this return sorted, so it felt a bit slow on my end. The refund did come through eventually, but I wish the process had been quicker.

The prices are good for what you get, so I can’t complain too much there. The only thing was the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, and I kind of felt trapped waiting around for it to show up. Overall though, still a solid deal

I ordered a dress from shestreet.com.au and, to be fair, it did look close to the photos when it arrived. It wasn’t a huge shock or anything, but I’ve ordered enough online lately that I’m a bit worn out from things being “almost” right.

The colour looked a little different in person, and the fabric was thinner than I expected from the pictures. The sizing was also slightly off, not so bad that I couldn’t wear it, but not quite the fit I was hoping for either.
It’s still a cute dress and I’ll probably wear it, but I do wish the photos and product details were more accurate. I’m not angry about it, just kind of tired of having to lower my expectations every time I order clothes online.
